The Departments of Zoology & Microbiology are provided with three spacious and well equipped laboratories with infrastructure.
- The primary objective of Laboratory Materials used in the study is storage and display of collections is of conservation grade. Objects from the collections are stored and displayed only in conditions suitable for their preservation. The specimens are preserved regularly using safe & Highgrade preservatives. There is regular annual programme of inspection of Recurring, Non-Recurring and Glassware Laboratory equipment ·
- The Laboratories are equipped with Microscopes such as trinocular, binocular, compound, dissecting, stage microscopes, Colorimeter, PH meter, Laminar air flow, BOD incubator, Autoclave, Hot air oven, Distillation plant, Digital balance, Refrigerator, Colony counters, Centrifuges and various equipment for dissections/culture isolations.
