Program Objectives
- To empower students in English Language, cultural History and modes of communication both in personal capacities and organizational spaces
- To enable students develop a holistic academic approach towards English Literature, Journalism and History
- To train students as civil service aspirants, researchers, academicians, art curators, tourist consultant, journalists and content writers

- Demonstrate knowledge of English Literature, History, Journalism as a discipline with all its elements and terminologies
- Analyze theories, interpretation of literary texts, cultural texts, news both in print and online
- Apply their expertise in the control of sentences, paragraphs, essay structures, report writing, historical and cultural research and analysis.
- Create transferable skills- analytical skills, critical thinking skills, editing skills, presentation skills, LSRW skills, research skills which students can apply across industries
- Evaluate and prepare for the practical uses of literature while appearing for competitive entrance tests in English, Journalism, NET, SET and Civil service.
- Analyse the content of Television, Radio in the context of contemporary culture, society, history and economy
