As a part of Academic Curriculum the Department of Zoology and Microbiology organized a Field Trip on 15.12.2023 to Nehru Zoological Park for B.Sc Ist year (BZC& MZC) with the motto of habitat learning of animals. Total 80 Students were visited the Nehru Zoological Park.
The main aim to visit the national park is
• To Know the terrestrial/ pond habitat.
• To identify the animals (Zoo animal)
• More awareness on Endangered animals.
• To analyze the optimal living conditions of the zoo wild animals.
• To study different groups of animals like- Reptiles/Aves/ Mammals. Identify them.
• To prepare group Projects For better understanding the vertebrates and invertebrates to a minimum level of study patterns.
REPORT ON FIELD TRIP TO FOOD INDUSTRIES
The Department of Microbiology has Organized a field trip for B.Sc. MZC & MBC -III Year Students to Food Industries i.e., Masqati Dairy Farm & Parle-G as a part of Curriculum on 7/12/19.
The field trip mainly emphasized on the methodologies used in Pasteurization of Milk ( Packaging & Storage ), Curdling Process , Butter Preparation , Ghee Preparation ( Purification & Storage ) , Flavored Milk Preparation ( Packaging & Storage ) and Biscuit Preparation . Students known about the temperatures maintained at Various Processes and had real time Experience with Packed and Canned Foods Processing .

Aquaculture plays an important role in the economy, providing thousands of jobs in operations and ancillary services.
For research-oriented aquaculture positions, such as biological technicians, who conduct experiments, a bachelor’s degree in biology or a related field is usually required.
