UNIT II : Government Influence on Trade :Rationale for Government Intervention,Forms of Trade Control , Genesis and Establishment of WTO,TRIPS & TRIMS.
UNIT III: Regional Economic Integration and Business Opportunities :-Forms of Economic integration, Major Trading Blocks – European Union ,NAFTA,EFTA,APEC,ASEAN,SAPTA Countervailing Forces – SARC.
UNIT IV : Global Market Entry Strategies : Different Modes of Entry,Range of strategic Alliances, Role and logic of Alliances, Entry strategy Analysis. Entry Strategy Configuration.
UNIT V: Managing International Business :- Strategy and structure in the International organization. International strategic Planning – formulation and implementation ,organizing International Operations – Basic Organizational structure, Organizational characteristics of MNCs,Trans cultural Communication – overall communication process, communication effectiveness, Decision Making Controlling.
