IQAC Activities

  • The IQAC Introduced MIS to maintain the data base of the College prepared reports of AQAR for the years 2013-14,2014-15 and 2015-16 are sent to NAAC.
  • The IQAC established the Research Advisory Committee in the year 2013 to promote and moniter research among faculty in the College.
  • Facilitated the submission of Minor Research Projects under UGC for Faculty in the year 2014.Ten Minor Research Projects were sanctioned in the year. Ten new proposals were submitted for UGC under Minor Research Project by faculty in the year 2015-2016.
  • The IQAC has established an Entrepreneurship Development Cell ( EDC) in the college in association with FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO) to foster entrepreneurial spirit among students.
  • A student club titled Aspiring Women Entrepreneurs ( AWE ) is established to generate greater involvement and participation by students.
  • The IQAC conducted an outreach Program on ‘ World Wide Web and Social Media’ for housewives in the neighbourhood area.

    6. “Effective Mentoring” by Prof. Beena, Dept. of Psychology, O.U. and Coordinator Sahayam Counselling Center on – 27-03-2015
  • The IQAC has established Student Quality Circles to involve students and encourage participation in the quality enhancement of the college.
  • IQAC organized one day seminar on “Implementation of CBCS in Colleges – Prospects and Challenges” on 27th June, 2015 in association with TSCHE and ICSSR.
  • The proforma for taking feedback on CBCS evaluation was designed and further feed back of the faculty and students were taken.
